Biography

After 30 years in the field of Holistic Medicine, Grace Justiss has developed a program of healing that encompasses the wisdom of many known philosophies. With the understanding that there is no one "diet" for everyone...and that there are as many roads to health as there are people, she tailors each program according to each individual and their needs.

Along with her private practice, Grace has participated in many projects furthering the understanding of health and happiness.

Throughout the 1990's she administered a grant through brAIDS, addressing the needs of those infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Grace also participated in the development of a program for healthy eating for American Express when their corporate headquarters (and consequently, their in-house cafeteria serving 1,400) was located in Jacksonville

Because of her success in working with children affected by ADHD, Hyperactivity, Sensory Overload and Autism, she was chosen in 1999-2000 to administer a program in Holistic Nutrition to the Pediatric Residents at Shands Teaching Hospital in Jacksonville.

Grace was invited back to Shands in 2007 to introduce healthy eating concepts to the Emergency Medicine Residents

She also administered a grant funded by the Attorney General's office wherein she and 2 others serverd delicious organic luncheons, accompanied by her message of health, to over 1000 Senior Citizens.

Grace has been a widely sought-after speaker for church groups, women's clubs, medical and dental groups, business associations and universities. Her highly entertaining and informative presentations have provided a way for many to be exposed to the concepts of self-healing.

As Jacksonville's premier Natural Food Caterer, Grace offers catering for any dietary persuasion ranging from conventional to vegan. Small and large groups alike have been delighted with her flair for culinary pleasure
