Individual and Family Counseling
North Florida Residents:
After a three-hour consultation
a person or family will not only have received a fascinating
education, but will leave with a comprehensive plan individually
geared toward their desired goals of health. Extensive follow-up by
phone or email is included in the service. Follow-up visits may or
may not be necessary.
Out of town
residents:
The only difference between local and out of town clients is that the initial consultation takes place by phone and generally takes about an hour. A typed plan with easy to use instructions are then emailed or mailed to the client. Extensive follow-up is also included.
Group Workshops and Seminars
From three hours to daylong, Grace’s workshops and seminars are notoriously interesting and interactive. A workshop or seminar can be geared toward a particular disease or challenge, or can provide an over-view of understanding about different foods and their affects upon the body. She also explores the energetic connection between our emotional and physical selves in order to better understand the origin of disease.
Guest Speaker and Lecturer
Church groups, universities, women’s clubs, medical associations and just groups of friends have hosted Grace as their featured speaker. Her lively and entertaining presentations never fail to delight her audiences.
